    •    If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem.  We will gladly replace or exchange an item, or refund the amount you paid.  Your purchase is covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 90 days.  If you want to return your purchase within the first 90 days after your receipt, please e-mail us at sales@poppyandpayson.com to arrange a return.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item, in most cases quicker.  This time period includes transit time to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), time for us to process your return (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
